Tonga fighting conch's despite their name are not aggressive by nature, multiple specimens can be housed together and should be provided with a reasonably deep and open sand bed in which to forage. The Tonga conch will sift the sand for left overs, algae and detritus, supplemental feeding can be made using sinKing pellets, algae or meaty seafoods. Their broad diet makes them a hardy and easy to keep species that is very useful when it comes to keeping the sand bed turned and clean.
