NT Labs Marine Anti-Bacterial contains powerful ingredients to kill bacteria. For best results, use in conjunction with Marine Paratonical to eradicate protozoan parasites in a reef aquarium where invertebrates are present.

Symptoms of bacterial infections include: reddened wounds, ulcers, missing scales, eroded fins and/or mouth.

White, sugar grain-sized spots covering the body indicate marine white spot (Cryptocaryon), while finer white spots are likely marine velvet (Oodinium). External parasites may also show scratching behaviour.

Recommended for marine fish only.

  • Reef Safe
  • Check your aquarium water quality before use (for ammonia, nitrite, pH etc).
  • Remove any adsorbent filter media such as carbon or phosphate remover before use (these may remove all or part of the treatment).
  • Turn off UV filtration if used.
  • Turn off the protein skimmer for minimum of two hours after each application (monitor skimming when it is turned back on as over-skimming may occur).
  • Maintain good aeration for the duration of treatment.
  • Treats up to 440 litres.
