Shipping sizes: Small to medium = approximately 1.5 to 2.5 cm across the carapace. Large to XL = approximately 2.5 cm to 4.5 cm.Â

The emerald green crab is always a favourite possibly because of its brilliant colour and muscular appearance yet usually peaceful disposition. All crabs are opportunistic feeders so if left very hungry may try to feed on items that are not usually on the menu. Emerald green crabs are omnivores and should be provided with a selection of meaty food as well as algae, algae makes up a large part of the emerald green crabs diet so if natural algae is not present in the aquarium it should be supplemented with dried algae sheets.
